Hi, my name is Ocean Trail (yes that's my real name). I am nutrition, health and fitness coach who really loves food, like a lot, but I also really like to workout and feel good about my body.
Fitness, health and performance have always been a huge part of my life. As a former NCAA Division-I college athlete and now swammer, I value fitness and over all wellbeing as an investment in becoming the best version of yourself.
Guided by a practical, sustainable and a flexible approach, I am committed to helping my clients improve their physical and mental health, expand their knowledge base on nutrition by making informed choices in order to achieve their goals and develop positive sustainable habits to live a balanced life.
