iEvolve Fitness offers a variety of 1-ON-1 coaching programs to help you learn and understand how to meet your nutrition, training, and lifestyle goals in a sustainable and healthy way. 

You want to look better, feel better and lead a healthier lifestyle but find yourself lost in the HOW TO? 

Getting wrapped up in what you should and shouldn't eat, how to set up your training program to make the progress you want can be pretty exhausting especially when your intentions are good.

Each 1-ON-1 coaching program is completely customizable to the you, the individual athlete and what your needs are offering in-depth coaching with nutrition, training or both.

Our goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge on the HOW, WHAT and WHY to accomplishing your fitness goals so that you can be successful not only while working with us but for the rest of your life.

These programs are for you if you thrive on having structure and routine, need accountability and support and want to learn how to make your fitness goals apart of your lifestyle.

Nutrition ONLY is great option if you feel you have a solid training program in place but need the extra accountability of a coach to dial in your nutritional numbers.

NUTRITION ONLY COACHING

Nutrition ONLY is a comprehensive and individualized approach to your nutrition program teaching the fundamental principles of nutrition.

  • An evolving personalized and customized nutritional macronutrient intake (Protein, Carbs, Fats) based on your goals

  • Supplementation recommendations based on individuals goals

  • Weekly check-in's to review progress, receive feedback, and adjustments

  • Accountability, unlimited support, and text/email communication with your coach and iEvolve Fitness athletes

  • Private and exclusive access to iEvolve Fitness Facebook group for group support, motivation, recipes, messages and iEvolve Fitness community.

Training ONLY is great option for those of you who feel like your nutrition is dialed in but need help programming your workouts to make the progress you want.

TRAINING ONLY COACHING

Training ONLY is a comprehensive and individualized approach to your training program implementing progressive overload training principles to help you progress in strength and overall performance.

  • Specific programming is catered to your needs, strengths, weaknesses, goals, mobility, experience level, physical or health related restrictions. *This includes at home workout program design

  • Exercise Form Efficacy and analysis to critique to enhance performance

  • Mobility and stretching guidance to bring up any weak points, muscle imbalances, posture and flexibility

  • Cardio prescriptions (duration, frequency, intensity, heart-rate, etc.) that will complement your nutrition and training program if needed.

  • Supplementation recommendations based on individuals goals

  • Weekly check-in's to review progress, receive feedback, and adjustments

  • Accountability, unlimited support, and text/email communication with your coach and iEvolve Fitness athletes

COMPETITION PREP COACHING

Competition Prep program is designed to teach, educate, mentor and guide you throughout your entire prep. Life balance is extremely important and while a competition prep requires a certain level of physical and mental discipline, we aim to create a program that is designed to help you evolve and be successful not only during your competition prep but in your everyday as well.

Whether you are a seasoned athlete looking to be competitive, looking to get out of your comfort zone or just want to try something new and challenging the competition prep program includes BOTH your nutrition and training protocols to help you bring your best look to stage.
