This 6 Week Challenge is designed to cut fat while maintaining muscle. A traditional mini cut is a short slightly more aggressive diet that lasts anywhere from 4-6 weeks, in this particular case this challenge will last for 6 weeks. The point of doing a short term diet is to “tighten up” see some definition in your physique and get motivated by the results you see!

Established deficit calorie goals and macronutrient intake (Protein, Carbs, Fat) breakdown.
Custom 3-5 day workout splits catered to your experience level, physical or health related restrictions.*This includes at home workout program design
Cardio prescriptions (duration, frequency, intensity, heart-rate, etc.) that will complement the nutrition & training protocols
Macro-Counting E-book and Nutrition Guide
Weekly check-in's to review progress, receive feedback, and make adjustments if necessary
Accountability, unlimited support, and text/email communication with me
