A traditional mini cut is a short slightly more aggressive diet that lasts anywhere from 4-6 weeks, in this particular case this challenge will last for 6 weeks. The point of doing a short term diet is to “tighten up” see some definition in your physique and get motivated by the results you see!

  • Established deficit calorie goals and macronutrient intake (Protein, Carbs, Fat) breakdown.

  • Custom 3-5 day workout splits catered to your experience level, physical or health related restrictions.*This includes at home workout program design

  • Cardio prescriptions (duration, frequency, intensity, heart-rate, etc.) that will complement the nutrition & training protocols

  • Macro-Counting E-book and Nutrition Guide

  • Weekly check-in's to review progress, receive feedback, and make adjustments if necessary

  • Accountability, unlimited support, and text/email communication with me
